Shortly said, a group of people who interact with each other. In which way and why they interact can hugely differ. Individuals of a community can (strongly) disagree and/or differ on various aspects. A community does not always have nor need a leader. A community which shares a common interest and operates based on that interest and decides on consensus without a leader is a collective.
