An open source, decentralized, P2P, HTTP cache proxy system. Its like Coral, but more decentralized. Dijjer is designed to allow for the distribution of large files from web servers while virtually eliminating the bandwidth cost. Dijjer already implements automatic MD5 checking of files, this will later be augmented with an integrity checking algorithm.
Dijjer was developed by Ian Clarke of Freenet fame. It is currently in pre-beta stage and developers and beta-testers are needed.
